Founded in 2005 as Minerva Training Institute (MTI) in Columbus, Ohio, in collaboration with a leading U.S. university, it began by delivering Executive MBA programs across Asia and the Middle East before evolving into a multi-dimensional platform spanning higher education, vocational training, and workforce development. Through partnerships with tier-one U.S. institutions and corporations, it expanded into strategic advisory and, since 2020, as Fortis & Peak, has integrated consulting and investment services to help shape future-ready talent ecosystems aligned with economic transformation agendas.
